Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi class includes breathing exercises and gentle stretching. These help to relax both body and mind as well as improving balance, coordination, posture and overall well being.
No prior knowledge is required and the class is suitable for any age or ability.
Upon arrival at your class, please inform your instructor if you have any pre-existing medical conditions they should be made aware of.
