Featuring a mixture of 1-to-1 feedback and group tuition, this course will tailor to fit your needs and develop your auditioning and performance skills.
The course will culminate in a showcase of the material students prepare, open to an invited audience. Material covered in this course will range from selecting and performing monologues to audition songs to cold reading to self taping and professional preparation.
Students should come prepared with monologues they may already have, but guidance will also be given on selecting audition material. Students will be expected to work on memorised material throughout the class and be prepared to perform this in a showcase setting on the last week. Actors with an interest in developing their audition technique can look forward to doing so in a fun, supportive, and challenging environment.
